What You'll Do As A Content Coordinator:

  • Video Editing: Quickly and efficiently edit social media reels, ensuring they engage with captions, music, effects, and thumbnails.
  • Content Production: Operate cameras and recording equipment during client batch recording sessions and podcast recordings.
  • Podcasting Equipment: Set up and manage podcast equipment, including the RODECASTER PRO 2, ATEM MINI PRO ISO, and other related tools.
  • Social Media Management: Use scheduling software and AI tools to post and optimize content daily across multiple client platforms.
  • Team Coordination: Interact with and instruct virtual video editing team members for select projects. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients during in-person sessions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience; you must also be comfortable being on camera!

  • Nice-to-haves (not required, but a bonus):

  • WordPress Skills: Experience with building or maintaining websites, including funnel creation and optimization.
  • Digital Advertising: Knowledge of managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Drone Operation: Experience using drones for video production or photography (certification is a plus).

  • What You Bring As A Content Coordinator:

  • Experience: Proven experience in video editing, including social media-focused content. Familiarity with captioning, effects, and thumbnail creation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating cameras and podcasting equipment. Ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, Caput, etc.) and scheduling platforms like Metricool or Hootsuite.
  • AI Tools: Comfortable leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization. You will be using AI every single day.
  • Location: Must be based in Windsor, Ontario, with access to a vehicle for travel to client sessions and the in-person podcast studio.
  • Flexibility: Ability to balance in-person work with remote responsibilities.

  • What Else You Need To Know:

  • Estimated 20 hours per week minimum with potential to grow into a full-time role as demand ramps up.
  • Primarily remote with occasional in-person meet-ups in Windsor-Essex, btu you are needed to help support at some sessions and in our forthcoming studio!
  • Access to reliable transportation is a must.
