Ninety seconds on
how this works

Before you book, here is the whole thing explained. What the questions are, what happens in the room, and what you leave with.

How it works

One hour.
Nothing to prepare.

No prep call, no notes, no slides. You see the questions before you arrive so there is nothing to be nervous about.

01

Pick a time

Recording days run in blocks, so there is almost always a slot that fits. You are in and out in an hour.

02

Answer ten questions

Same ten for every guest, in the same order. You will have seen them days before you sit down, and you can pass on any of them.

03

Take it with you

The full episode and two short clips, captioned and ready to post. Yours to use anywhere, forever.

No surprises

The ten questions

Every guest gets these. Published here on purpose, because nobody should walk into a room not knowing what they will be asked.

01Why did you go all in when you did?

02What would you be doing if you never started this?

03What is the best decision you have made in this business?

04Building a business is hard. What was your biggest lesson learned the hard way in year one?

05What is the hardest decision you have had to make since?

06Businesses evolve, and part of that is deciding what to stop. What is one major thing you stopped doing?

07What are you building toward in the next two years?

08What is the most important advice you would give someone who wants to start a business?

09Time machine. Same business, day one. What do you do differently?

10Three things you are grateful for as a business owner right now.

Follow-ups happen. New questions do not. That is the whole format, and it is why guests relax about four minutes in.

Yours to keep

What you walk out with

No cost, no catch, nothing to sign. You are a guest, not a customer.

1

The full episode

Edited, colour graded, properly mixed. Post it on your own channels, put it on your site, send it to clients.

2

Two vertical clips

Captioned and sized for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Cut from your best two answers, not the first two.

3

An hour that is actually yours

Most owners never get asked these questions out loud. The recording itself tends to be the useful part.

In the chair

Who belongs
in that chair

There is no minimum size, no polish requirement and no industry we favour. There are four things that make an episode worth listening to.

You have put real years in

Long enough to have a year one worth talking about, a mistake that cost you, and a decision you would make differently.

You own it, not just run it

Your name is on the lease or the licence. The decisions landed on you, and so did the consequences.

You will answer honestly

The interesting part is never the highlight reel. If you can say what the hard year actually cost, people will listen to the whole thing.

You are here to help

Half the audience is somebody three years behind you. The best guests answer like they are talking to that person.

Probably not a fit

Franchise managers without the keys, anyone looking for a sales platform, and businesses still in the idea stage. Nothing personal, the format just needs somebody with mileage.

Want to be one of the first episodes? Early guests get the most attention, because a new show pushes its first season harder than anything that comes after it.

Before you ask

The usual questions

Nothing. There is no fee to be a guest and nothing to sign. You keep the episode and the clips either way.

No. Nobody is. That is handled in the room, and it is the part we are good at.

One hour door to door. The recording itself runs about thirty minutes.

Whatever you would wear to meet a good client. Solid colours beat patterns on camera. That is the only rule.

They are listed on this page, and they are sent again when you book. Same ten, same order, every episode.

No. Nothing is sold on the show and nobody is pitched in the room. The episode is yours whether we ever work together or not.

Where it is recorded

We rotate
through four sets

Four sets at 2909 Kew Drive, built for this. Multi-camera, proper lighting, sound treated. Every episode moves to a different one, so the show never looks the same twice and neither does your episode.
