Common Questions
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter is one hour a month in our studio, up to 10 videos, posted twice a week on Facebook and Instagram, with no contract. Growth doubles your filming time and output, posts 3x a week on the three platforms you choose, and we can film at your location. If you want to be the name your market already knows, Growth is where most clients land.
Why is Dominance so much more than Growth?
Dominance is the only All In Content plan with long-form YouTube, all five platforms, YouTube channel management, Google Business Profile management, reporting on request and in-person strategy meetings. You also get twice the filming, twice the videos, and we edit and post footage you shoot yourself.
Can I switch plans mid-contract?
Yes. Most clients start on Starter or Growth and move up as they see results. Just let us know 30 days before your billing cycle and we’ll adjust your plan.
What happens after the initial commitment?
Starter has no term at all. Growth and Dominance start with 6 months, because that is how long it takes for consistent video to show up in your phone calls and inquiries. After that, it is month-to-month. No hostage situations. We earn the next month every month.
Do you only work with Windsor-Essex businesses?
Most of our clients are based in Windsor-Essex, but we work with clients across Ontario for both studio and on-location sessions. Our studio is in Windsor.
How fast will I see results?
First content goes live in week one. Visible momentum typically shows up between weeks 4 and 8. Real business outcomes (booked calls, inbound leads, recognition in your market) typically show up by month 3–4. Anyone telling you they’ll get you viral in 30 days is lying.
Do Chamber members get a discount?
Yes. Members of the Windsor-Essex Chamber of Commerce and the Leamington District Chamber of Commerce save $250 every month on the Growth and Dominance plans. |
What if I want to start with one session before committing to a monthly plan?
Do it. A one-off batch session is the easiest way to try us. Most clients film once, see the results, and move into a monthly plan so we handle the posting. |
Why do your plans say "up to" a number of videos?
Because quality beats quota. Some sessions produce 20 great videos, some produce 15 better ones. Anything we film beyond what we post that month goes into your library, so you are covered when you are busy, travelling or cannot film.
What is the difference between a session and a monthly plan?
A session gets you finished video files. A monthly plan gets you the same filming plus posting, every month. Starter costs the same as a one-hour session. Growth and Dominance add more platforms and, on Dominance, long-form YouTube, Google Business Profile management, reporting and in-person strategy.
Why are some features only in Dominance?
Long-form YouTube, Google Business Profile management, reporting and in-person strategy take serious time to do well. We do them properly for a smaller group of clients. Most clients start on Starter or Growth and move up when they are ready.
We already have a marketing person. Is this for us?
Yes. It is one of the best setups we see. Your person keeps running your channels, and All In Content becomes the production team: filming, coaching and editing at a level that is hard to build in-house. Ask about Dominance on your strategy call.
